This notice describes the default eMasa data handling model. Confirm the final privacy contact, DPO contact where applicable, retention periods, and client-specific wording before production use.
Data We Process
eMasa processes account details, employee profile data, attendance events, GPS attendance event coordinates, and justifications for HR administration and attendance operations.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to authenticate users, authorize role-based access, manage employees, validate attendance, and review attendance exceptions.
Access And Correction
Employees should contact their administrator or the client-approved privacy contact to request access or correction for account and attendance data.
Third Parties
The app is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare D1 for database storage. GPS location dialogs may load OpenStreetMap map embeds when viewing attendance coordinates.
Retention
Retention in v1 is review-only. Administrators review inactive accounts, attendance records, GPS event coordinates, justifications, sessions, and verification records according to the client-approved retention schedule.
